Refund policy
Small Products Return and Exchange Policy
Eligibility: Customers may exchange or return small products (excluding towels, compressed products, pillows, and clearance items) within 7 days of receiving the product, provided the item remains sealed in its original condition.
Return Process:
1. Contact customer service via WhatsApp within 7 days of receipt
2. Receive a shipping label via WhatsApp or email
3. Pack the product and ship it to the nearest carrier branch
4. Customer pays a 40 QAR return/exchange fee
Pre-Delivery Returns:
- You may refuse the shipment before receiving it
- Customer service will contact affected customers
- A 40 QAR exchange fee applies
- For full returns, a complete refund is issued with no fees
Package/Bundle Return Policy
Customers may exchange or return bundles within 7 days of receipt for any reason, bearing 40 QAR in shipping costs. Individual items from multi-item bundles cannot be returned separately.
Processing Time
Return requests take 5 to 15 business days to process.
Important Notes
- Products returned with improper packaging will be reshipped with an additional 40 QAR shipping fee
- After refusing reshipment a second time, 40 QAR will be deducted from refunds on subsequent requests
